One of my all time favourite foster dogs, Sasha (fostered in 2012), is still the sweetest, most gentle and well mannered dog ever. She didn't get the best start in life having been given away 'free to a good home', almost starved to death, then posted on Kijiji again before being rescued. Memories from when she came in and while I fostered her have been popping up in my feed recently and I missed her. Several people have asked about her recently so I thought, what better way to update and get a visit than to do a photo shoot! I think it is safe to say that she is happy, healthy, loved and pampered. She has a family that she adores and I think it is safe to say she has not missed a meal (in fact she's snatched a few extra! lol). Looking back to the Kijiji photo from 5 years ago, still breaks my heart but looking at her now, well it makes my heart smile to know that she finally has the life she deserved all along.
